As shown in Fig 1A , Vδ2 + γδT-cells showed significantly higher circulating frequencies than Vδ1 + γδT-cells in CHB (7.6% vs 1.1%, p < .00001) and NC groups (3.4% vs 1%, p < .00001), although the difference did not reach statistical significance in the AHB group (3.2% vs 1.9%, p = .059).
