In aortic segments identified to have the highest radiotracer uptake at baseline, there was a trend towards an increase in calcium volume however this did not reach statistical significance (calcium volume at baseline 0.08 ± 0.15 cm 3 vs. 0.12 ± 0.26 cm 3 at follow-up, P = 0.41).
