A reduction in the median percentage of circulating CD19+IgD−CD27+CD95+ B cells and CD19+IgD+CD27+CD95+ B cells from baseline was also observed for BI 655064 vs placebo, but the differences at week 12 did not reach statistical significance (–15.3% vs 2.3%; p=0.0765 and 16.8% vs –8.0%; p=0.0831, respectively).
