Patients who survived longer than 48 months with PD-1 blockade tended to have greater numbers of distinct peaks in CD4 + T blood T cells than short-term survivors with anti-CTLA4 treatment, though the difference did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 6A , p = 0.098).
