PU-inhibitors (50, 250 and 1000 nM) not only failed to antagonize the stimulatory effect of both Grp94 and p2HT, but on their own (PU-H71 at the lowest concentration, PU-WS13 at any concentration) increased cell viability markedly although this effect did not reach statistical significance ( Fig. 2 A).
