In a multivariate analysis, age, the NLR, the PLR, and sPD-L1 were no longer significantly associated with prolonged PFS, although a high NLR (hazard ratio [HR], 3.141, P = 0.061) and high sPD-L1 level (HR, 2.077, P = 0.080) showed a trend toward worse PFS.
