The expression levels of β 1 -YFP and β 4 -YFP were unaffected by nb.F3, whereas the levels of β 2 and β 3 were modestly reduced (although this effect did not reach statistical significance), suggesting a possible slightly increased vulnerability of these two isoforms to degradation when bound by the nanobody ( Figure 2h ).
