Although the difference in half maximal recoveries between both conditions, i.e., MOR-YFP in the presence and absence of D 2L R-mCherry, did not reach statistical significance, it was observed that the time for half maximal recovery of MOR-YFP increased from ~77 s when D 2L R-mCherry was not present to ~85 s when D 2L R-mCherry was coexpressed ( Figure 6 ).
