The response to Ago2 knockdown was different in MDA-MB-231 cells, where although there was a trend for reversing the inhibitory effect of the STIM1 3′UTR on GFP expression, the data did not reach statistical significance at either the 24 or 48 hrs time points (Fig. 3B ).
