Furthermore, clinics that were performing HTC were 50% more likely to have a clinic manager aware of the national HIV testing guidelines (PR 1.52, 95%CI 0.51–4.58), were 80% more likely to be urban (PR 1.80, 95%CI 0.80–4.09), and were almost twice as likely to hold routine management meetings (PR 1.93, 95% CI 0.92–4.04), though these did not reach statistical significance.
