Recently, a clear trend is emerging, shifting the emphasis from inorganic counterparts to organic luminescent materials with ultralong phosphorescence 5 , 7 , 8 , due to their superiorities, such as electroconductivity, diverse molecular architechtures, good biocompatibilities, and low cost, although there still exists a great challenge of suppressing non-radiative transition and enhancing intersystem crossing for organic phosphorescence under ambient conditions.
