SNPs for both rs4149117 and rs7311358 were more common in the azathioprine group than in the mycophenolate group, but this did not reach statistical significance (rs 7311358: 33.3% vs. 24.5%, p=0.167; rs4149117: 33.3% vs. 24.8%, p=0.235) Survival The primary outcome of one-year survival was significantly decreased in Mycophenolate patients carrying at least one copy of the SNP in both rs4149117 (334TT/TG, Figure 3A , p=0.040) and rs7311358 (699GG/GA, figure 3B , p=0.030).
