FACIT-F LSM changes from baseline and improvements ≥MCID in FACIT-F were similar between tofacitinib+MTX and tofacitinib monotherapy at all time points (all p>0.05; table 1 ; figure 1D ; figure 2D ); improvements were comparatively lower for ADA+MTX at months 3 and 6, but this did not reach statistical significance at both time points.
