This clustering did not correspond with homogeneous groups of samples including a particular level of any variable of psychosocial distress or a sampling time, although samples taken at the beginning of the study (week 2) showed a trend to fall in the cluster with a high abundance of Staphylococcus ( Figure 6 ).
