Having 5 or more ACEs was associated with an increase in the odds of pregnancy loss (OR = 1.80; 95% CI = 1.28–2.52) while associations with preterm birth (OR = 1.46; 95% CI = 0.95–2.26) and low birthweight (OR = 1.39; CI = 0.88–2.19) did not reach statistical significance.
