Despite a clear trend towards increased rosette area of c/t -CA-treated plants over time, the difference was only significant at the end of the growth period (an increase of 17% and 24% upon treatment with 2.5 μM and 5 μM c/t -CA, respectively) ( Fig. 1B ; Supplementary Table S2 ).
