Male mice DOX-treated male mice consumed slightly more food than controls, though it did not reach statistical significance, t (12) = -1.928, p = 0.08 ( Fig 1A ); when normalized to body weight, both groups ate similar amounts, 88% of body weight/week for treated and 78% of body weight/week for controls, t (12) = -1.421, p = 0.18 ( Fig 1B ).
