Interestingly, we observed a pre-exposure-dependent reduction in alcohol drinking with a ~40% reduction (a strong trend) following one week, a ~50% reduction (significant) following two weeks and a ~60% reduction (previous study from our lab [ 15 ]) following six weeks of intermittent HFD pre-exposure.
