Both the Letrozole and CC groups had a similar number of intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures added to their cycles (16.3% vs 16.3%, p = 0.995). Discussion The results of our study indicate that the Letrozole stair-step protocol yielded higher ovulation rates than the CC protocol for PCOS patients, although the results did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.17).
