Application of a miR142-3p inhibitor to these humanized NSG mice showed a trend toward increased frequencies of peripheral CD127 low CD25 hi Tregs and a significant increase in Tet2 expression in pancreatic T cells (Supplementary Fig. 17 ), suggesting that further dose titration or daily application of the inhibitor might be required.
