Post hoc analysis of the CSF volume failed to reach statistical significance in either cohort, although a trend towards significantly smaller CSF volume was observed in 5‐HTT −/− rats of the sucrose, but not cocaine group (see Figure 2 B; sucrose: t 11.829 = −1.970, P = 0.073; cocaine: t 16 = 1.349, NS).
