The detailed analysis of the clinical results revealed that patients with a complicated postoperative course showed a trend towards worse results measured by MEPS (68 ± 22 vs. 84 ± 16) and significantly worse results regarding DASH (49 ± 16 vs. 20 ± 22) and ulnohumeral motion (77° ± 31 vs. 117° ± 23).
