Distribution of wound complications by type of incision closure showed higher rate of SSI with suture (14.3%) compared to drain (4.7%) and control (2.6%), while seroma was more frequent with drain (11.6%) compared to suture (3.2%) and control (5.1%); however, both results did not reach statistical significance (Table 3 ).
