Median OS in this real-world study cohort was approximately 30 months following the diagnosis of MBC and worse for those receiving 1st LoT chemotherapy (23 months) than for those receiving endocrine (with or without targeted) therapy (32 months), although this difference did not reach statistical significance in our study.
