When plotting the clonality and normalized clonality of integrations that are found in 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the replicate libraries there is a clear trend whereby the least reproducible integrations present in 1, 2 or 3 libraries have a lower clonality than integrations identified in 4/4 libraries.
