While Il6 and Ifn γ expression were increased with influenza infection ( Figure 3B ), regardless of vaccination status and viral burden ( Figure 3A ), transcripts of Il6 were not significantly changed in NK cell depleted mice, while Ifn γ showed a trend for a decrease in NK cell depleted mice ( Figure 3B ).
