MR analyses between DC1 and schizophrenia were weakly significant when DC1 was an outcome, where for 1 standard deviation liability to schizophrenia there was a reduction of 0.03 standard deviations of DC1 ( b DC1|SCZ = −0.03, s.e. = 0.003, p = 2 × 10 −02 ) but were not significant when DC1 was the exposure (Table 2 ).
