There was a clear trend towards increased frequencies of this sub-population of cells in Group A volunteers during the period of vaccination ( Fig 5 ), suggesting that the ADVAX/MVA prime-boost regimen induced high frequencies of CD8 + and CD4 + T SCM cells.
