For the measure of physical fitness (complete cases), there was a small difference in favour of the control group at both 4 (MD = −5.96, 95% CI 21.86 to 9.94, p = 0.436) and 12 months (MD = −65.51, 95% CI 113.81 to 17.21, p = 0.048) but this did not reach statistical significance for the imputed or complete case analysis.
