Comparing the occurrence data obtained in this study with earlier studies conducted in Singapore, a clear trend of reduction in enteric viruses (i.e. adenovirus, rotavirus and enterovirus) was found ( Aw and Gin, 2011 ; Liang et al., 2015 ; Rezaeinejad et al., 2014 ).
