Interestingly, although the decrease in bisecting GlcNAc on IgG glycans did not reach statistical significance in all patients with RA, which is consistent with the previous data [ 36 ], bisection level in patients with a high RF titer was lower when compared with patients with low RF titer in our obtained results.
