Moreover, after PTM treatment, the CD68 and CD4 signals were in part decreased presenting low amount of cellular infiltrates, particularly in the cerebellum, where, however, the differences in quantification of the areas of CD68/CD4/GFAP/positive tissue, using NIH image software, did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 3 a–c and Figure S3 ).
