We found that neither IGFBP2 nor anti-IGFBP2 antibodies were predictive of risk of event and death in the whole patients cohort ( Figure S3 ), likewise they failed to reach statistical significance in patients with localized disease at diagnosis ( Figure S4 , IRS I-III).
