Additionally, it has been reported that tumors harboring TP53 mutations is associated with aggressive disease profile and worse clinical outcomes ( 16 , 17 ), we also found that patients with coexisting TP53 mutation had shorter PFS of first-line treatment than those without a TP53 mutation, although the difference did not reach statistical significance.
