Integration of DMG and DEG datasets showed a trend of differential methylation within genes functioning upstream in the pathway (Fig. 6c ), and a significant proportion (37.3–40.8%) of the 1982 genes that interact with CCA1/TOC1 differentially expressed in msh1 memory (Supplementary Fig. 7b ), reflecting sizeable enrichment.
