If the HR was greater than or equal to 1.33 and the p value = 0.05 or less, the gene was designated as “UPREG.” If the HR was less than or equal to 0.75 and the p value = 0.05 or less, the gene was designated “DOWNREG.” The “NEUTRAL” class was designated for a gene if the HR between 0.75 and 1.33, or if the gene did not reach statistical significance.
