Out of the remaining 10 proteins, 9 (AGT [Angiotensinogen], AZGP1 [Zinc-alpha-2-glycoprotein], C2 [Complement C2], C7 [Complement component C7], C8B [Complement component C8 beta chain], CLU [Clusterin], CPN1 [Carboxypeptidase N catalytic chain], PLG [Plasminogen], and VTN [Vitronectin]) did not reach statistical significance in the smaller validation group, whereas the IGHG2;IGHG3 (Immunoglobulin Heavy Constant Gamma 2 and 3 ) protein group showed the opposite trend.
