The results from the MR-Egger analysis mostly did not reach statistical significance except in the case of trigylcerides and non-GBM (OR non-GBM = 0.65, 95% CI non-GBM = 0.46 to 0.91, P non-GBM = 1.2 × 10 − 2 ), which agrees with the direction of effect from the IVW analysis.
