Hence, cyclohexanol, decanal, 2,6-dimethyl-7-octen-2-ol, levomenthol, cyclohexanone, acetaldehyde and acetophenone showed a trend for lower levels in ccRCC cell lines compared with HK-2 and blanks, indicating the occurrence of an increased consumption by these cell lines, except for cyclohexanol and decanal in Caki-1 for which the levels were similar to that of HK-2 and blanks.
