Although this study shows that healthy lifestyles are clearly significant predictors of mental health, and there are some differences in healthy lifestyles according to family affluence, we did not find any significant differences in symptoms of mental health problems (feelings of depression, anxiety and stress) between adolescents from low-medium family affluence and adolescents from high family affluence.
