The B cells showed a trend of higher levels of CD38 (Fig. 6D ), CD69 (Fig. 6E ) and loss of IgD expressing cells (Fig. 6F ) when cultured in the presence of sorted MAIT cell supernatant compared to that when cultured alone or in the presence of sorted CD8 + non-MAIT cell supernatant.
