κ increased from baseline in rats on methamphetamine, yielding significant effects of treatment ( F (1, 15)=13.356, p=0.002, η p 2 =0.471, MD = 0.045, CI=[0.019, 0.072]) and time ( F (1, 15)=9.132, p=0.009, η p 2 =0.378, MD = 0.041, CI=[0.012, 0.069]); however, the interaction between time and treatment did not reach statistical significance ( Table 3 ; Pre-Rx m = 0.499 [0.015] saline, 0.523 [0.040] methamphetamine; Post-Rx: m = 0.518 [0.053] saline, 0.585 [0.029] methamphetamine).
