However, although a significant trend between hemoptysis and the grade of air bronchial sign was found, we observed that, in the present study, multivariate analysis showed no significant increase in the rate of hemoptysis among biopsies in lesions with a minor-air bronchogram sign compared with lesions without the air bronchogram sign.
