Male patients with MUC16 mutations exhibited a better trend of progression-free survival (PFS) than those without MUC16 mutations although this difference did not reach statistical significance (median PFS: 9.07 [95% CI, 3.60-25.1] vs. 3.03 [95% CI, 2.57-8.00] months; Log rank test P = 0.091; Figure 5G ).
