The results of this multivariable analysis showed that the presence of intralobal congruent atrophy and hypometabolism and/or non-isolated atrophy/hypometabolism in the occipital lobe was associated with a lower probability of progression compared to having no abnormality (OR 0.16, 95% CI [0.02–1.37]), but the estimate did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.094).
