We found that the AUC value was low in the test set, and the KM-curve in the test set is only weakly significant ( p = 0.03), and the curves separate marginally in the first years of follow-up but eventually meet again after 5 years.
The multi-dimensional RNA signature could effectively divide patients in the training set into high- and low- groups with significantly different overall survival, and this finding could be successfully validated in the entire set and show a marginally significant difference in the test set.
