Finally, the percentage of PD-L1 expressing skin T cells showed a tendency for higher expression (mean 13.18%) on tumor skin T cells than on non-tumoral T cells isolated from the same lesion (mean 6.32%); however, the difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = .31, Figure 4(b )).
