By these criteria, the amplification at 8q21.3-8q24.3 and the deletion at 13q12.3-13q21.3 in both breast and prostate tumors showed African ancestry differences consistent in direction with the race association analyses, but these did not reach statistical significance in either tumor type (Table S 4 ).
