Likewise, there was a clear trend for higher FBG levels in HFD-fed mice, and the FBG in the HFD group was significantly higher than that in the CD-fed mice after 3 weeks (9.20 ± 1.05 mmol/L vs. 5.42 ± 1.29 mmol/L, Fig. 1 B, P = 0.001).
