An analysis including only bortezomib-treated patients ( N = 261), showed significantly longer TNTD for patients in aCR compared to all other groups, and better OS compared to the dFLC10 and normal-FLCR cohorts, while the OS survival advantage over the iFLC20 and normal-iFLC groups did not reach statistical significance (Supplemental Fig. 2 ).
